REGARDING FLUIDIQS PROJECT MANAGER PERFORMANCE ON MAJOR PROJECT

As project engineer on the Water Treatment improvement Project, at Santa Teresa Water Treatment Plant (STWTP), I would like to extend my warmest thanks on behalf of the Santa Clara Valley Water District (District) for the work that Mr. Scott Castro (FluidIQS Project Manager) has performed on this project.

Scott (FluidIQS Project Manager) has displayed the highest degree of expertise, professionalism, and cooperation throughout the project. It especially became apparent during our Functional Acceptance Test (FAT) and Operationai Acceptance Test (OAT).

Whenever there was a question on how the new program andlor SCADA screens operate, Scott was always there with an explanation. Without Scott's help, plant staff would have had a difficult time understanding the new system.

Over the life of the project, I have continuously heard from District staff how grateful they are forthe time and effort that Scott puts into his work. In addition, I have received numerouscompliments and expressions of thanks for the work he's done and the help he has provided.
