Tegron and FluidIQs Join Forces Under Glenmount Global Solutions

IRVINE, CA – January 4, 2008. The management and ownership of Tegron and FluidIQs are pleased to announce that, after four years of close ties and cooperation, the companies have formally joined forces under a common enterprise, Glenmount Global Solutions. FluidIQs and Tegron each retain their strong independent brands and management, and continue to deliver industry-leading services to their respective markets.

Tegron was founded in 1986 and has grown to sixteen locations in the US and Mexico with headquarters in Longview, Texas. Tegron provides services primarily for the manufacturing and processing operations of industrial firms, with a significant emphasis in the Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, and Energy & Utilities markets.

Founded in 1978, FluidIQs has grown to seven locations with headquarters in Napa, California. FluidIQs provides services primarily for municipal water and wastewater agencies and the consultants, contractors and original equipment manufacturers that serve these municipalities.
